Interactive 3D Virtual Tours for Property, Venues and Facilities in Saudi Arabia

A 3D virtual tour lets someone walk through a building from their phone — room to room, floor to floor, at their own pace, without an appointment. Chameleon Tour captures the space, produces the tour, and publishes it to your website and to Google Street View.

Three services. Take one, or all three together.

• 3D walkthrough tour. The core deliverable — your building captured and produced as a space a visitor moves through in any browser, on a phone or a desktop, reached by a single link.
• Virtual reality adaptation. The tour prepared for viewing in virtual reality.
• Website and Google Street View publishing. The tour embedded in your own site, and published to Google Street View, where that is included in the project scope.

We capture spaces people need to see before they commit to them.

• Hospitality and residential — hotels, serviced suites, villas, houses and residential developments.

• Real estate and construction — units for sale or lease, and projects under way. See how off-plan units are sold before they can be walked into.
• Public, cultural and government venues — public venues, art galleries, museums and government facilities. See how virtual museums are built and who they serve.

• Operational facilities — sites that need a documented record of how they are laid out and what is in them, for facilities management or for documenting damage for insurance.

• You send the brief. Which service, what kind of property, which city, the floor area, the number of floors, and any drawings or references you have.
• We quote against that brief. If anything is unclear we ask before pricing rather than after.
• We capture on site with a Matterport Pro2.
• We produce and publish — the finished tour, plus website embedding and Google Street View where those are in scope.

The finished tour normally stays hosted under Chameleon Tour’s Matterport account, and you reach it by link — to share, to embed in your site, or to send to a client. If your organisation has its own Matterport account, the tour can be transferred to it. Raw capture data is not supplied.

We work in government and restricted facilities where the client or the site provides the access authorisation required. We do not hold a standing clearance of our own: access is arranged on your site’s terms, and we work within them.

Adding tags, adding media, publishing to Google Street View, and other post-production work are quoted as they come up. If the space itself changes and has to be captured again, that is a separate visit and a separate quote.
