Azeema

Misk Art Institute’s 2022 Azeema exhibition brought together Gulf artists to reflect on hospitality, collective memory and the social gathering known as an azeema.

For Chameleon Tour, Azeema was an opportunity to take an exhibition designed to be experienced physically and make it accessible beyond the gallery walls. We photographed and digitally captured the space as an immersive 3D virtual tour, allowing visitors to move naturally through the exhibition, understand the relationship between the artworks and the space, and revisit the experience online from anywhere. The virtual format also creates a lasting digital record of an exhibition that was originally available for a limited period.
