Safouh AlNaamani: Preserving Time

Presented during Misk Art Week 2020 with the Red Sea International Film Festival, the exhibition celebrated photographer and cinematographer Safouh AlNaamani with rare photographs and restored archive films from the 1950s and 1960s.

For Chameleon Tour, Safouh AlNaamani: Preserving Time was an opportunity to take an exhibition designed to be experienced physically and make it accessible beyond the gallery walls. We photographed and digitally captured the space as an immersive 3D virtual tour, allowing visitors to move naturally through the exhibition, understand the relationship between the artworks and the space, and revisit the experience online from anywhere. The virtual format also creates a lasting digital record of an exhibition that was originally available for a limited period.
